On-line Abstract Submission

Presentation Guideline
Poster Presentation
- All posters will be displayed for 2 whole days.
Please keep the appointed time below:
     Poster attachment: Feb. 10(Sat), 2007 08:40 AM
   Poster dismantlement: Feb. 11(Sun), 2007 17:30 PM
- The poster material should be prepared in 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
- Authors are supposed to be waiting for Q&A at the time assigned.
 
Oral Presentation
- Allotted time for a presenter is 10mins. (7 min for presentation & 3min for Q&A).
- Presentation slides should be prepared with MS Powerpoint (PPT) file.
- Due date for submitting the presentation slides (PPT) is Feb. 2(Fri), 2007.
- Please submit presentation file either by uploading to Webhard or by e-mailing to the secretariat office (pco1@people-x.com).
 
<Equipment>
1 All speakers are requested to use Beam Projector for their presentations.
2 Computers (IBM only) with Window XP in English Version will be provided.
3 When you use a Mackintosh computer with our beam projector, it could not work normally. We friendly ask you to use IBM computer for your safe presentation.
4 If you need any other equipment such as MD, VHS player, please contact the secretariat in advance.
 
How to upload the file to the Webhard:

1. Access Webhard
Are you Korean? Access www.webhard.co.kr
Are you Foreigner? Access www.webhard.net
 
2. Input 'ID & PW' (ID: aoco2007, PW: seoul)
  ¡æ Select 'Upload Only' folder
¡æ Select 'AOCO2007' folder
¡æ Select 'Your Presentation Type' folder
¡æ Select 'Your Presentation Session' folder
¡æ Upload your file
 
¡Ø File Name
The file name should be made with your given Abstract Number and Full Name, for example, #001-Kildong Hong.
 
¡Ø Revised File Name
You are not allowed to modify or delete the file after uploading, if you want to do that, you should upload the revised file again with another name, for example, '#001-Kildong Hong-revised'
